Daniel holds degrees in History and Philosophy and master’s degrees in Law, Political Science and European Studies, and is currently working towards his PhD. His field of research is mainly in democracy. He also lectures at UNED’s university.

In EIPISA he contributes to the development of the organisation. He is the person responsible for relations with the European institutions, attends events and conferences on EIPISA’s behalf. He also reports and on the European Union’s foreign policy in the Middle East and North Africa. Prior to joining EIPISA he worked as National Coordinator of the Spanish Delegation to the Committee of the Regions in Brussels. He speaks Spanish, English, French and Italian fluently, with some knowledge of Arabic.
